The Raid is a critically acclaimed Indonesian action film that was released in 2011. The film follows a group of police officers who must fight their way through a high-rise building that is controlled by a ruthless drug lord. One of the key elements that made The Raid so popular was its intense and pulse-pounding soundtrack.
The Raid soundtrack was composed by Mike Shinoda, the co-founder and lead vocalist of the band Linkin Park. Shinoda’s music perfectly captures the energy and intensity of the film, using a blend of electronic beats, heavy guitars, and traditional Indonesian instruments to create a truly unique sound.
The soundtrack features 18 tracks, each of which is perfectly suited to the film’s non-stop action sequences. From the opening track “Prayers” to the climactic “Suicide Music,” the music of The Raid perfectly complements the film’s visceral and brutal action.
